I was interviewed early this year for an article on the August 2020 issue of Trend Magazine by Rena Distasio. It was a great honor to be part of a three-women introspection on the allure that Abiquiu, NM, still possesses for women artists. Legendary painter Georgia O’Keeffe made Abiquiu her home in 1934 and worked here for 40 years; for us, it is no surprise that the desert’s appeal endures.
